Presentation
After having obtained a master’s in finance & real estate at the Univerity of Reading (UK), and a master’s in real estate at l’Institut d'Études Immobilières (IEI) Geneva, in 2009 I decided to start my professional career. For two years, I worked as a property development manager at a real estate company, focusing on the construction and oversight of operations for over 200 homes in Geneva and Vaud. Following this, I embarked on my next journey, deciding in 2011 to create Privalia Immobilier SA with my brother Christophe. Our main objective is to advance our profession within our efficient and innovative family business. Our company is inspired by strong and traditional ethical values, and we strive to promote a pragmatic approach to real estate. We undertake our profession with awareness and determination.
I am always up to speed on market developments and I have a great fondness for our canton, so it is a pleasure to be able to provide precise feedback to all our clients. In my opinion, each project is unique and it must reflect the needs of each person behind it. I am the secretary/founder of the “Génération Logement” Cooperative, and a founding member of “Cercle Immobilier Lémanique” (CIL). In addition, I am on the committee of the APGCI (Association professionnelle des gérants et courtiers en immeubles de Genève) and I am also a member of the APGC (Association des promoteurs et constructeurs genevois).
